Reaching financial independence at the age of 29 through real estate investing, Patrick is not your typical agent. Prior to joining CR Premier Properties, Patrick began his career as a CPA with Ernst and Young before transitioning into the institutional real estate investing world where he gained firsthand experience working on both a public real estate investment trust (REIT) as well as various private equity funds.
Licensed in both Connecticut and Rhode Island, Patrick possesses skills in the areas of creative financing, leasing, negotiations and value-add strategies. If you are an individual who is just starting their real estate investing journey or you are a seasoned veteran, allow Patrick to be the last real estate agent you will ever need.

As an investor himself, Patrick’s portfolio consists of both investment condos along with apartment buildings throughout RI and CT. His current investment strategy focuses on larger multifamily properties and mixed-use buildings leveraging his intimate understanding of commercial real estate valuation and business experiences to extract peak property performance.
